Bracer Leather Pattern | Druid LARP | Pattern & Instructions
You don't need to be a master crafter to make your druid character feel like the greatest druid of all time at your LARP events. Channel the power of nature with this pattern and defend the forest from the forces of evil.
In this listing, you'll find the complete pattern to build a leather bracers that will help you on your adventures and add personality to your character. The files include step-by-step instructions and patterns for two different sizes, easy to print in DIN A4 or letter size, or even A0 if you have access to a larger printer, so you don't have to spend time assembling the pattern. And if you have any questions, I'll personally help you throughout the process.
Equivalence of the different sizes:
- L: H20cm W24’5cm
- XL: H24cm W29’5cm
- Materials needed -
- 1 sq feet of veg tan cow leather about 2’5-2’7mm thick each bracer,
- 1 sq feet of raw hide leather for the closing pieces,
- An incalculable amount of raw hide leather cord. It's recommended that you make it yourself with the right tools. But you can use any other way you prefer to make de edges.
- Leather dye and varnish.
- Stitching thread,
- Tools needed -
- Leather scissors or a sharp cutter.
- Blunt needles.
- Leather punch holes (for eyelets sizes).
- Brushes (for dyeing)
- Awl (for stitching holes, but you can use a small punch hole).
- Beveler.
- Leather engraving tools.
The file is specially designed so you don't need extensive leatherworking experience, and you can adapt the final product to your skill level if you don't feel confident enough. The files are compressed in a .RAR file, so you will need a decompressing app to open it. If you have any problem with that contact me and I'll send you the files.
